How Shipping Works

Deals from Dalton ships all orders directly from our warehouse in Dalton, Georgia. All orders are subject to shipping fees calculated at the time of purchase. Fees vary based on order weight, dimensions, and destination.

Flooring is heavy freight. Larger orders are handled via freight carrier; smaller parcels ship via standard carrier. Customers should expect curbside delivery for freight shipments. Inside delivery is not included unless arranged separately at additional cost.

After purchase, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information. Delivery windows vary by carrier and destination. Deals from Dalton is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has left the warehouse.

Sales Tax

Sales tax applies to all purchases made through Deals from Dalton. Tax is calculated based on the applicable rate for the destination of the order and will be displayed clearly before the transaction is finalized.

Purchase Policies

All inventory is available on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last. We are unable to hold, reserve, or guarantee availability of any item. Once an item sells out, it is gone — though new products are added daily.

Items cannot be held or reserved for any reason. To secure your purchase, complete your transaction promptly. We cannot guarantee stock levels at any time.

As a closeout retailer, all sales are considered final. Returns and exchanges are generally not accepted on closeout merchandise. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

New closeout products are added to inventory daily. Check back often to find new deals. Stock levels are not guaranteed and product listings are updated as inventory changes.

  • Can I cancel an order?
    Order cancellations may be possible if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer available. Use the Contact page to reach us immediately if you need to request a cancellation.
  • What if my item arrives damaged?
    If your order arrives damaged, please document the damage with photos immediately upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will work with you and the carrier to address the issue. Do not refuse delivery without first documenting the damage — refusal may affect your ability to file a damage claim.
  • Are closeout items returnable?
    All closeout sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on closeout flooring. Please review product details, dimensions, and quantities carefully before completing your purchase. If you have questions about a product before buying, reach out via the Contact page.
  • Why can't items be held or reserved?
    Our inventory is limited and constantly changing. Deals from Dalton operates on a strict first-come, first-served basis to ensure fairness to all customers. Holds and reservations would prevent other shoppers from accessing available stock. New products are added daily, so check back regularly for fresh deals.
